We don’t recruit. We don’t care what corp you’re in. We’re not here to poach or promise riches. What we are is a public community that stands up fleets. We’re committed to helping players explore different kinds of fleet activities without the gatekeeping.

So What’s the Deal with the Freelance Jobs?

You probably spotted a task to kill a few rats, mine some ore, or maybe even head into low sec and shoot another capsuleer while enjoying freelance experiences. Pretty basic stuff.

However, for us, those tasks are more than just your time and our ISK.

They’re beacons. They’re a way to say, “Hey! There’s a whole crew out here flying together. You don’t have to do everything solo.”

Each Freelance job includes a short description. Inside that description, you found a link to this page. Think of the Freelance jobs we post like an advertisement and you’ve chosen to answer it.

What is Eve Rookies?

Eve Rookies is a community that flies public fleets in high sec, low sec, null, and wormholes. Every month we run over 70 fleets. This includes Incursions, Faction Warfare, Homefronts, PvP roams, you name it. Our diverse freelance opportunities cater to all.

Anyone can show up, get in fleet, and start flying. You don’t need to apply. You don’t need to “prove yourself.” Just grab a handout, undock and learn.

Why Does This Matter?

Too many people quit Eve before they even see what the sandbox has to offer. They do the career missions then go off and do combat missions or mine solo, missing the chance for freelance teamwork. Then they drift away and “win Eve” from boredom or frustration.

We want to change that.

Freelance jobs give us a new way to reach out. To say, “Hey, there’s more out there.” And maybe one night, you jump into a fleet. Maybe that’s the spark you’ve been missing.
