Everyday new pilots enter New Eden. Unless you were lucky enough to start the game in May, which is when the CSM (Council of Stellar Management) election cycle starts, you probably aren’t going to have a clue what this is.

My (Kshal Aideron, candidate for CSM18) goal is to make sure that CSM stays in the conversation so that all new pilots coming in the game between now and April (when CCP starts talking about CSM again) is in the know.
