New Player Friendly Labeling
New player friendly can mean two things in Eve Online:
- Players are relatively new to Eve Online. 1 day to a few months old.
- Players are new to the activity.
In order differentiate between the two, the following icons will be used in the New Player Friendly column of the Eve Open Community Directory.
✅ – 100% new player friendly from 1 day old.
☑️ – Welcomes players who have never tried the activity, but some player experience, skill points and specialized equipment may be needed. Unless the group specifically puts on classes, fleets or events aimed at new players they will get a blue check.
