This fit is not only a handout ship, but it also is the basic entry level sniper Praxis. Unfortunately, to fly it efficiently (snipers need to burn the Niarja before it comes and starts causing trouble) it is suggested that skills for max laser damage and range is trained up. This takes about 15 more days to train after you’ve trained up the skills for the blaster.
